Hey everyone! It's me, Nicole, aka Nikki or Nik. I wanted to share a bit more about myself in case anyone's curious. I was born and raised in Milwaukee, WI and currently live in Caledonia with my fiance, Alex, and our three cats. I have a bachelor's degree in History but haven't used it in regards to work; I've been in the service industry for over 20 years and still tend bar part time. My hobbies include crochet, walking/hiking outdoors, reading and crafting my own bath products. I'm a definite cat lady too - you'll likely see any or all of my fur babies in my on-demand videos. My happy places are the Milwaukee Public Museum, Lake Michigan, Half-Price Books and Sea Scape Motel in Indialantic, Florida, to name the first few that come to mind.

I've practiced yoga on and off for about 20 years, truly embracing it 3 years ago during the height of the pandemic. My practice deepened immensely within this past year as I completed my 200 hour teacher training and I truly feel that yoga has become my lifestyle. I'm currently enrolled in my 300 hour teacher training, hoping to one day reach my goal of becoming an RYT-500. More on my personal yoga journey in a future post!
